The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants & Children (WIC) is intended to improve the health of pregnant women, infants and children (under 5 years) through better nutrition and access to health care. Child Nutrition: There are hundreds of sites across Virginia where children can eat at no cost outside of the school day.
