Be A Voice For Change!
Make plans now to join us for State Breast Cancer Advocacy Day 2025 in Richmond at the Virginia General Assembly. Meet fellow advocates, learn about the legislative process, and meet with state lawmakers about legislation important to breast cancer patients.
No previous experience is needed. Your perspective and passion for ending breast cancer are all you need to help make a difference! VBCF will provide transportation to and from the General Assembly from the VBCF Richmond office, a light breakfast, and lunch.
Orientation & Briefing: VBCF will host a virtual pre-advocacy day orientation and briefing (date TBD) to help participants prepare for Advocacy Day
Government in Action: Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with key state lawmakers and will be recognized on the House Floor.
